Please make sure to download all your data before you cancel your account - as your data will be permanently lost once you cancel your account.

You may download your data using 'Save to Computer As' option offered in many sections of Accompa - you can save your data into CSV (Excel), Word, HTML or PDF formats.

We can also send your data via postal mail (stored in DVDs) for an additional fee - the DVDs will contain your data in CSV format. If you prefer this option, please request us for this before you cancel your account.
