After I cancel my account, can I get a refund for the remaining period of my billing cycle?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for the remaining period of your billing cycle when you cancel. Please take this into account in deciding when to cancel.

Furthermore, please make sure to download all the invoices for your account before canceling it. We're unable to send you invoices for canceled accounts, as the invoices are stored within the account.
