To set the timezone for your company:

• Login to your account using an account that has 'Administrator' privileges.
• Click Settings on the top-right, and select Edit Company Profile from the menu.
• In the resulting page, select the desired timezone and click "Save" button.

The above setting will become the default for all users. To change your personal timezone see directions here.
