By selecting an Accompa SmartView, you can limit the scope of your integration to only the records in that SmartView. Any future records added to this SmartView will also be included within this scope. This is recommended as a best practice.

However, the "Accompa SmartView" field is optional and you can leave it blank if you feel that meets your needs better.
