Here are the steps to manually send records form your Accompa system, to your JIRA system:

1. Make sure you have an active integration setup  that includes a specific SmartView in the "Object Mapping".
   1. Note that this integration must be either a Bi-directional integration, or a One-directional (Accompa-to-JIRA) integration.
2. From the SmartView used in your integration, click the Actions menu.
3. In the resulting menu, click the Send to JIRA link.

The records in this particular SmartView will then be manually sent to JIRA.
