When the "Trigger Conditions" are met, the "Trigger Actions" will be executed. You can set up the following types of "Trigger Actions" in Accompa:
- "Send Email"
- Use this "Trigger Action" to send an automatic email to an person or a group of people when the "Trigger Conditions" are met.
- Also, when you select the "Execute this trigger daily" option as
- You can customize the email that's sent to include details like the "Title" & "Description" of the record, the "Status", etc.
- "Update Fields"
- This "Trigger Action" allows you to automatically update picklist fields when the "Trigger Conditions" are met.
- For example, you can have a trigger automatically assign a user as a "Reviewer" when a requirement's "Status" field is changed to "Ready for Review".
Please note: It can take between 15-60 seconds after a Trigger's conditions are met for it to fully process. |
