To ensure the security of your Accompa system, users that have too many failed login attempts are automatically locked out.
To unlock a user who has been locked out:
- Login using an account that has 'Administrator' privileges.
- Click Settings on the top-right, and select Manage Users from the menu.
- In the resulting page, this user's "Status" will be displayed as Locked.
- Click actions link next to the desired user.
- In the menu that appears - select "Unlock" next to the user.
- Follow the directions provided in the UI to unlock the user.
- This user's "Status" will be updated to "Active" - the user can then login to Accompa.
- If the user forgot his/her password - please direct them to this help article to recover their password.
