How do I customize the "Factors" and "Weighting" used for "ROI Score"?

Here are the steps to customize the "Factors" and "Weighting" used for the "ROI Score":

  1. Login using an account that has 'Administrator' privileges.
  2. Click Settings on the top-right, and select Customize Accompa from the menu.
  3. In the resulting page, click the Customize 'ROI Score' settings link for the appropriate object.
  4. Then in the "Return Estimate" section:
    • You can edit any of the existing "Factors" or add a new "Factor".
    • You can edit the "Weighting" assigned for each of the "Factors".
  5. Once you've customized the "Factors" and "Weighting", click the Save button to save your changes.
