"Password Expiry" policy works as follows:
- You can set up Accompa to automatically expire users' passwords at a pre-defined frequency (such as "Every 30 days", "Every 60 days", etc).
- Each user will then be forced to select a new password at the frequency you've defined.
You can define the "Password Expiry" policy for your Accompa system by following these steps:
- Login using an account that has 'Administrator' privileges.
- Click Settings on the top-right, and select Security Controls from the menu.
- In the resulting page, click Define password policy link.
- In the page that appears, select desired frequency from User passwords expire in picklist.
- Click the "Save" button.
