If you've been invited to review or approve a baseline, you can do so easily.

Here are the steps:

1. Access the desired baseline (Here is how).
2. You will see "Approvals & Comments" section at the top-right of the page.
3. Click Add Your Decision/Comment link at the top-right of this section.
4. Follow on-screen instructions to approve or comment on the baseline.
