On some occasions, you may want to email all users on your Accompa system to inform them of a process change, a new field, etc.
In order to email all of your users:
- Login using an account that has 'Administrator' privileges.
- Click Settings on the top-right of your Accompa screen, and select Manage Users from the menu.
- In the resulting page, click Actions link above the table of users (top-right). In the resulting menu, select the Email Users option.
- This will take you to the "Email Users" page.
- Follow on-screen directions to compose and send an email to all of your users.
- The email may take 10 or more minutes to arrive depending on our email server load and the email network traffic at your organization.
- When the email is sent, you will receive a copy of the email automatically.
