How do I create a "Traceability Matrix"?

To create a "Traceability Matrix":

  • Click Requirements tab of your Accompa system.
  • Click Trace link below the tab.
  • In the page that appears, select a "SmartView" for each axis of your matrix. Items in the selected SmartViews will constitute the axes of the matrix.
  • Select a relationship between the two axes.
  • Click "Create Matrix" button. Accompa will generate and display your Traceability Matri. From this page you can:
    • Save it to your computer.
    • Email the matrix to team members.
    • Quickly add/remove relationships between the records included in the matrix.
