How do I launch a SmartEmail?

To launch a SmartEmail, do the following:

  1. Click AutoCapture tab of your Accompa system.
  2. In the resulting page, click Manage SmartEmails link.
  3. Then find the SmartEmail you'd like to launch, and click edit link next to it.
  4. You will be taken to Edit SmartEmail page.
  5. In this page, set the Status picklist to the value of "Launched". Then click the "Save" button.

The SmartEmail will be immediately launched, and emails sent to it will be processed.

Please Note: There will be a delay of up to 30 minutes between the time an email is received, and the time it is converted into a requirement in Accompa.
