How can I create a new "SmartView" (for viewing "Use Cases")?

To create a new "SmartView" for viewing "Use Cases":

  • Login to your account.
  • Click Use Cases tab, then click  Create New SmartView link in the left-panel under "View" section and select "Use Cases".
    • Alternatively, click Use Cases tab and then click  View Use Cases link under the tab. In the resulting page, click Create New SmartView link.
  • In the resulting page, complete all the necessary fields and click "Save" button. Most sections are self-explanatory, here is some more detail:
    • Filter Criteria section: Only use cases matching the criteria defined in this section will be displayed in this "SmartView".
    • Sorting Criteria section: Use Cases displayed in this "SmartView" will be sorted by this criteria.
    • Columns to Display section: Select columns to be displayed for this "SmartView".
    • Access Privileges section: Define who can see and edit this "SmartView".
