How do I save use cases in a "SmartView" to my computer?

To save use cases in a SmartView to your computer:

  1. Click Use Cases tab of your Accompa system.
  2. Click SmartViews drop-down menu in the left-side of the screen.
  3. A menu will appear that lists the SmartViews available to you. Select the desired Use Case SmartView.
  4. In the resulting page - click Actions drop-down menu at the top-right of the page, then select one of the options under Save To Computer As section.
  5. The View will be saved to your computer in Excel (CSV), Word, PDF or HTML format.
