Yes, you can achieve this using the "Clone" function.

To do this:

1. Go to "Feature Details" page of the existing feature. (How do I do this?)
2. Click  Clone button in the top portion of that page to create a new feature by copying it.
3. You can edit the newly created feature further from the resulting page.
