How do I create a SmartForm?

To create a new SmartForm:

  1. Click AutoCapture tab of your Accompa system.
  2. In the resulting page, click Add SmartForm link.
  3. You will be taken to Add SmartForm page. Complete the required fields, and click 'Save'. The new SmartForm will be created.

Please note that you must set the "Status" field in Add SmartForm page to "Launched" before everyone can access your newly created SmartForm through the "Web Address (URL)" you chose for it.
