The following users can delete a discussion thread:
- User who started the discussion thread.
- Users with "Administrator" privileges.
There are two methods to delete a discussion thread:
Method 1:
If you know which "Requirement" the discussion is associated with:
- Go to the "Requirement Details" page for that requirement. (How do I do this?). Similarly, you may go to 'Feature Details" or "Use Case Details" page to delete discussions related to those data.
- Scroll down to the "Discussion Threads" section and find the discussion you'd like to delete.
- Click del link next to it to delete that discussion.
Method 2:
- Click Requirements tab of your Accompa system.
- Enter a search term associated with the discussion in "Search" box under the tab, and click "Go".
- In the "Search Results" page that appears, click Discussions link.
- In the resulting page, find the discussion of interest and click del link next to it to delete that discussion.
When you delete a discussion, it is moved to the Recycle Bin. You can recover it from Recycle Bin page - you can reach this page by clicking Recycle Bin link below "Requirements", "Features" or "Use Cases" tabs. |
