Yes, you can achieve this using the "Clone" function.

To do this:

1. Go to "Requirement Details" page of the existing requirement. (How do I do this?)
2. Click  Clone button in the top portion of that page to create a new requirement by copying it.
3. You can edit the newly created requirement further from the resulting page.
