I don't receive emails sent by Accompa. Why?

Accompa sends out notification emails to keep you informed of various events on your Accompa system. If emails sent from Accompa are resulting in bounces or landing in your SPAM/junk folder, you can adjust your spam filter settings to make sure you receive the emails. Most spam filters allow you to whitelist a sender by adding their domain or IP address.

If you're not receiving emails from Accompa please try completing the steps below.

Whitelist a sender or domain

Please work with your IT team to make changes to your "safe sender" list or whitelist. The following is a complete list of email addresses used by Accompa for email notifications:

  • support@accompa.com
  • success@accompa.com
  • info@accompa.com
  • notify@accompa.com

Whitelist IP addresses

In addition, please work with your IT team to add the following IP address and/or em4038.accompa.com and accompa.com to your company's email server whitelist to ensure you receive all Accompa emails.
